Daryl Hendricks

Daryl Hendricks started his career as a Trooper for the Delaware State Police and currently serves as the COO of The Greenery, Inc. Prior to the Greenery he was the CEO of Outworx Group, a leader in exterior maintenance solutions and the largest aviation and commercial snow and ice management company in North America. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in the transportation industry including fleet management, safety and security, business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic leadership. He holds a degree in Economics from The University of Delaware, an MBA, as well a black Belt in LEAN Six Sigma.
