At Operation Patriots FOB, Every Name has a Story.
Grounds of Honor at Operation Patriots FOB is a memorial space honoring veterans and first responders who served on the line for others. Families and friends gather here to remember by name, share stories, and keep their legacy alive.
More Than a Name.
A Life, A Legacy, And A Promise Not to Forget.
At OPFOB, we meet veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and their families in some of their highest and lowest moments. We’ve seen how powerful it is when a life of service is remembered well, with stories, laughter, courage, and the impact they had on others.
Grounds of Honor exist to:
- Honor their sacrifice: recognizing the cost of service, whether on the battlefield, in the line of duty, or in the battles fought at home.
- Support healing and connection: giving families, friends, and brothers and sisters in arms a place to remember together.
- Inspire future generations: so that children, grandchildren, and our community can see what service, bravery, and love of country truly look like.
Each memorial is a quiet reminder: we will always keep their memory alive as their legacy lives on in all we do.

Honor A Hero with A Memorial Paver
Make Their Name Part of The Foundation We Stand On
For a donation of $150, you can purchase a personalized Memorial Paver to honor a veteran and/or first responder. Each engraved brick is placed around the flagpole at the entrance of OPFOB, a lasting tribute at the heart of our 268-acre retreat in the South Carolina Lowcountry.
Your Paver:
- Honors their life and service with a permanently engraved message
- Becomes part of a shared place of remembrance, seen by everyone who enters OPFOB
- Directly supports our mission to serve veterans, active-duty military, first responders, and their families through no-cost programs and peer-to-peer connections.
This isn’t just a brick in the ground.
It’s a promise that their service, sacrifice, and story will not be forgotten.
