TIME: 9:00 am–4:00 pm
LOCATION: OPFOB

What to Expect:
This will be a physical course. It will include positional shooting, shooting on the move, primary and secondary weapon system courses of fire, and on-the-spot decision-making.
Taught by one of our very own OPFOB instructors, John DeCourcey. John is a seasoned firearms instructor with a background focused on hostage rescue, active-shooter response, and executive protection for UHNWT. He uses the Socratic method of instruction to ensure that his students not only retain the information but also remain engaged throughout the course.
Rifle Level 2 is designed for shooters who have already attended our Rifle Level 1 course and are ready to push themselves to the next level of dynamic shooting. This course is for law enforcement officers, military, and responsibly trained civilians.
Required Gear:
- Carbine rifle with optic and sling. Optic mounted and zeroed
- 3 rifle magazines and at least 350 rounds of rifle ammo
- Pistol Level II retention holster. No Serpa holsters
- 3 pistol magazines and at least 150 rounds of pistol ammo
- Eye and ear protection
- Appropriate range attire
- Water and snacks
- Duty belt, vest, or plate carrier, optional
This is going to be a hands-on, physically demanding course. We will start with the safety briefs and range rules. Then get right into training.
“OPFOB has been life changing to say the least for many vets and first responders. Hands down one of the best programs I have seen operate. Tackling the mental well-being of our Officers is a monumental task, access to OPFOB has been immensely beneficial to our department. I highly encourage everyone to attend and feel the camaraderie you will experience at this place.”
