Brent Taylor

Brent Taylor serves as the Director of Post-Traumatic Growth Programs at Operation Patriots FOB, where he leads the design and delivery of initiatives that help veterans, first responders, and their families reconnect with purpose and thrive beyond trauma.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, Brent knows firsthand the challenges of life after service. For years, he searched for belonging and purpose, often feeling adrift without understanding why. Through the power of community, shared stories, and intentional personal work, he began to piece together his own path to healing — and committed himself to helping others do the same.

Brent brings more than six years of experience as the lead facilitator for veteran programs at Zac Brown’s Camp Southern Ground, where he developed and ran nationally recognized initiatives serving hundreds of veterans and their families. His leadership was instrumental in building programs rooted in resilience, connection, and post-traumatic growth.

In addition to his role at Operation Patriots FOB, Brent is an ambassador for the Shepherd SHARE Military Initiative and a mentor with CreatiVets, organizations dedicated to empowering veterans through advocacy, creativity, and mental health support.

Today, Brent channels his military experience, professional expertise, and passion for service into guiding others toward their own breakthroughs. Helping people realize “what makes them worth a million bucks” is, for him, the most rewarding mission of all.
